<br />CONTROL PANEL, MANUAL PULL STATIONS, AUTOMATIC FIRE DETECTORS, HORNS, BELLS, FLASHING LIGHTS,
<br />ANNUNCIATOR, ALL WIRING, CONNECTIONS TO DEVICES, OUTLET BOXES, JUNCTION BOXES, AND ALL OTHER
<br />NECESSARY MATERIAL FOR A COMPLETE OPERATING SYSTEM.
<br />WARRANTY: CONTRACTOR SHALL WARRANT COMPLETED FIRE ALARM SYSTEM WIRING AND EQUIPMENT TO BE
<br />FREE FROM INHERENT MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL DEFECTS FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR FROM DATE OF
<br />COMPLETION AND CERTIFIED TEST, OR FROM DATE OF FIRST BENEFICIAL USE. THE EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER

<br />UPON COMPLETION OF INSTALLATION OF FIRE ALARM EQUIPMENT, ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE TO
<br />THE ENGINEER A SIGNED, WRITTEN STATEMENT CONFIRMING THAT THE FIRE ALARM EQUIPMENT WAS INSTALLED
<br />IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPECIFICATIONS, WIRING DIAGRAMS, INSTRUCTIONS AND DIRECTIONS PROVIDED BY
<br />MANUFACTURER. A COMPLETE DESCRIPTION OF NATURE AND SCOPE OF TRAINING PROGRAM FOR MAINTENANCE
<br />TECHNICIANS, OPERATORS, SYSTEM USERS, AND MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL SHALL BE PROVIDED. CONTRACTOR
<br />SHALL PROVIDE A COMPLETE TRAINING PROGRAM FOR SYSTEM USERS, AND A MINIMUM OF (4) COPIES OF
