Final drawings and calculations shall be wet or digital stamped and signed by the Registered Design <br />Professional and shall include the date of signing below the stamp. Digital stamps and signatures <br />must be noted as such on the plan. (Business & Professions Code 5536.1, 5802, & 6735). <br />2. For electronically submitted plans, please resubmit a complete set of plans and documents upon <br />INSTRUCTIONS AND INFORMATION FOR THE NEXT PLAN REVIEW <br />In order to accelerate the permit process, please comply with the following instructions: <br />1. For projects that are electronically submitted (through ProjectDox), please submit revised plans <br />and supporting documents directly to the City along with a response letter which addresses each item <br />on the correction list that identifies their location on the plans. <br />2. For projects that were not submitted electronically (through ProjectDox), please return the <br />following required sets of corrected plans and supporting documents: <br />• New construction, additions and all ADUs: (3) sets of plans and (2) supporting <br />documents. <br />• Tenant improvement (with no added square footage to the existing building): (2) sets of <br />plans and (2) supporting documents. <br />Please include the plan review correction list, any marked drawings/calculations, and your written <br />responses to each comment.
