C1: COVER SHEET: <br />3a. Please add the following note on coversheet, “Separate permit is required for Mechanical, <br />Electrical, and Plumbing scopes.” <br />3b. Please add “For Reference Only” note to electrical and mechanical sheets listed under SHEET <br />INDEX and on the sheet border of actual electrical and mechanical sheets. Please note that <br />mechanical sheets were not included in the set submitted for 1st review. If mechanical sheets <br />will not be included in the set, please remove them from sheet index. <br />3c. The sheets in the drawings set shall be in the order shown under SHEET INDEX. <br />3d. NOTES: Specify the Occupancy Group within the proposed new product manufacturing <br />enclosure. <br />3e. MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS: <br />1) Include specifications of all materials used for proposed scope of work including but not <br />limited to steel tubes, plates, angles, and welding. <br />2) Provide the testing report referenced for shearwalls. The testing report shall be provided <br />by one of the ANSI approved agencies. The lateral resisting system of the enclosure <br />structure was not reviewed at 1st submittal. Additional comments may follow pending the <br />review of the testing report. <br />3f. Provide design criteria on the plans to specify the risk category, seismic parameters, seismic <br />force resisting system and associated R and Ω values and identify the Seismic Design <br />Category. ASCE 7, Table 1.5-1 and Table 12.2-1. <br />2nd Review Comment: Comments to remain until updated Sheet C1 is submitted and comments <br />are verified . <br />6. A1: FLOOR PLAN/ REFLECTED CEILING PLAN <br />6b.
