78' Monopole - Structural Evaluation Site USID #: 214755

3/1/2023 Page 2 of 4

SUMMARY & RESULTS

The purpose of this analysis was to verify whether the existing structure is capable of carrying the proposed loading
configuration as specified by AT&T Mobility and commissioned by Smartlink Group.

This analysis has been performed in accordance with the 2022 CBC based upon a 3-second gust wind speed of 95 mph.
Applicable Standard references and design criteria are listed in Appendices A & B.

Two foundation designs were provided for this analysis. Because the as-built design was not specified, both designs were
analyzed, and the controlling capacity rating is shown below.

The proposed feedlines shall be installed as shown in Appendices A & B for the analysis results to be valid.

TOWER SUMMARY AND RESULTS
Member Capacity Results
Monopole 79.9% Pass
Anchor Rods 48.2% Pass
Base Plate 52.0% Pass

Foundation 65.1% Pass

RECOMMENDATIONS

The tower and its foundation have sufficient capacity to carry the proposed loading configuration. No modifications are
required at this time.

ANALYSIS METHOD

tnxTower (Version 8.1.1.0), a commercially available software program, was used to create a three-dimensional model of
the tower and calculate primary member stresses for various load cases. Selected output from the analysis is included the
report appendices. The following table details the information provided to complete this structural analysis. This analysis
is based solely on this information.

DOCUMENTS PROVIDED
Document Remarks Source
RF Data Sheet RFDS Name: CLL01583 v2.0, dated 1/25/2023 Smartlink Group
Construction Drawings Smartlink Group Site #: CLL01583 Rev. 0, dated 2/6/2023 Smartlink Group
Tower Design Larson Job #: UR468330 Rev. 2, dated 2/12/2021 AT&T Mobility
Foundation Design Larson Job #: UR468330 Rev. 2 Sheet #: S2, dated 2/15/2021 AT&T Mobility
Geotechnical Report Toro International Project #: 13-103.81, dated 9/30/2019 AT&T Mobility
Previous Tower Analysis GPD Project #: 2022723.21.214755.01 Rev. 1, dated 1/6/2023 AT&T Mobility
Tower Mapping Not Provided N/A

4111 3%4 S Main St Unit
#WCC0112/13/2024
