A brief description <br />of the work is as follows: <br />1. Demolition work shall include removal of suspended ceilings, ductwork, and finishes. In <br />addition, floor trenching which will be required for new electrical floor boxes. See <br />Demolition plan. <br />2. New work shall include construction of interior partitions, millwork, ceilings, door & door <br />hardware, etc. New interior floor and wall finishes to be installed throughout. See Plans. <br />3. Mechanical work to include distribution ductwork from (1) new RTU, one split unit and <br />heat pump. See Mechanical plans. <br />4. Electrical work to include all distribution receptacles, lighting and power to the existing <br />RTUs. See Electrical plans. <br />5. Plumbing work to include adding service sink and floor sink and providing new restrooms <br />to the tenant space.
