<br />The work covered in this set of construction documents is for the interior fit-out for the tenant space
<br />in existing multi tenant building which was built under separate building permits. A brief description
<br />of the work is as follows:
<br />1. Demolition work shall include removal of suspended ceilings, ductwork, and finishes. In
<br />addition, floor trenching which will be required for new electrical floor boxes. See
<br />Demolition plan.
<br />2. New work shall include construction of interior partitions, millwork, ceilings, door & door
<br />hardware, etc. New interior floor and wall finishes to be installed throughout. See Plans.
<br />3. Mechanical work to include distribution ductwork from (1) new RTU, one split unit and
<br />heat pump. See Mechanical plans.
<br />4. Electrical work to include all distribution receptacles, lighting and power to the existing
<br />RTUs. See Electrical plans.
<br />5. Plumbing work to include adding service sink and floor sink and providing new restrooms
<br />to the tenant space. Refer to Plumbing plans for Plumbing work.
<br />All work including but not limited to, general construction, plumbing, electrical and mechanical,
<br />shall be performed in accordance with all codes listed on "Code Analysis" and Local Amendments.
<br />All work shall be done in a first class manner using standard construction practices and according
<br />to the rules and regulations of the governing Building Department.
