BEFORE <br />FINAL NOTICE OF COMPLETION, THE BUILDING WILL BE FULLY CLEANED, INCLUDING ALL GLASS <br />POLISHED, SCRUBBED AND CLEANED, AND THE BUILDING SHALL BE SUITABLE FOR IMMEDIATE <br />OCCUPANCY BY OWNER. CONTRACTOR AND SUBCONTRACTOR SHALL MAINTAIN THE PREMISES, CLEAN <br />AND FREE OF ALL TRASH AND DEBRIS, AND SHALL PROTECT ALL ADJACENT WORK FROM DAMAGE, <br />SOILING, PAINT OVER-SPRAY, DUST, ETC. SHALL PROVIDE ADEQUATE TRASH CONTAINERS FOR THE <br />DISPOSAL OF UNUSED MATERIAL AND TRASH. <br />12.PLANS ARE NOT TO BE SCALED. THESE PLANS ARE INTENDED TO BE A DIAGRAMMATIC OUTLINE ONLY <br />UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. THE WORK SHALL INCLUDE FURNISHING MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT AND <br />APPURTENANCES, AND LABOR NECESSARY TO EFFECT ALL INSTALLATIONS AS INDICATED ON THE <br />DRAWINGS. <br />13.DIMENSIONS SHOWN ARE TO FINISH SURFACES UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. SPACING BETWEEN <br />EQUIPMENT IS REQUIRED CLEARANCE.
