1. <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br />5. <br />6.Overflow roof drains/scuppers are provided & a ponding anlysis is not required <br />The Analsyis provided herein is based on information collected from one or more of the following <br />sources: existing building plans, data captured during site observations completed by Motive or <br />outside consultant, photo evidence collected from drone footage. <br />The structure(s) is in GOOD conditions and able to support and resist the loads it was originally <br />designed for. Additionally, it is assumed that there has been no damages to the main Vertical and <br />Lateral Systems and that structural retrofits are not required. It is the Owner's responsibility to <br />maintain the building's good and safe conditions. <br />The building(s) has not been altered when compared to its original construction and is in <br />conformance with approved bldg. plans if such plans exist. Alternations include but are not limited <br />to additions, re-roofing overlays, addition of roof supported MEP units or replacement of exisitng <br />equipment with ones that are heavier, removal of bearing or non-bearing walls, replacement of <br />existing finish with a heavier one, or story additions. <br />The analysis provided in this submittal correspond to the (E) structure. All existing connections are <br />assumed to have been designed to carry and transfer the load capacity/reactions of the members <br />they are intended to support. <br />The calculations are applicable to the addition of new solar arrays.
