<br />1. PROVIDE ALL LABOR. MATERIAL EQUIPMENT AND SYSTEMS REQUIRED FOR FULL PERFORMANE AND COMPLETION OF WORK AS SHOWN ON THE

<br />CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS:
<br />1. EXAMINE THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS INCLUDING THESE NOTES, THE DRAWINGS, DETAILS, PERMITS, ALL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER
<br />SPECIFICATIONS/INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS AND BID DOCUMENTS.
<br />2. READ THE SPECIFICATOINS.

<br />6. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS CONSIST OF THE PERMIT SET OF PLANS (DRAWINGS), SPECIFICATIONS AND SUPPLEMENTAL DOCUMENTS ISSUED TO
<br />DEFINE THE NATURE AND SCOPE OF THE PROJECT.
<br />7. THESE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS (DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS) HAVE BEEN PREPARED TO DEFINE THE INSTALLATION OF NEW
<br />UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANKS, PIPING AND DISPENSERS. SEE SHEET F1 FOR COMPLETE SCOPE OF WORK.
<br />8. WRITTEN DIMENSIONS AND NOTATIONS SHALL TAKE PRECEDENCE OVER SCALED DIMENSIONS AND DRAWING CONFIGURATIONS. DO NOT SCALE
<br />DRAWINGS.
<br />9. WORK NOT DETAILED OR SPECIFIED SHALL BE SAME QUALITY AND TYPE AS WORK DETAILED OR SPECIFIED AS REQUIRED FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
<br />OF A COMPLETE AND SERVICEABLE PROJECT.
<br />10. ALL INSTRUCTIONS NOTED IN THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS ARE ADDRESSED DIRECTLY TO THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR AND ARE THE
<br />RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR.
<br />11. VERIFY ALL DIMENSIONS AND CONDITIONS ON THE SITE.
<br />12. REPORT IMMEDIATELY IN WRITING TO THE OWNER ANY AND ALL DISCREPANCIES FOUND OR PERCEIVED TO EXISTING BETWEEN DRAWINGS,

<br />13. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY ALL EXISTING CONDITIONS AND THE CONTRACTOR SHALL INFORM THE OWNER IN WRITING OF ALL DISCREPANCIES
<br />AND DEVIATIONS FROM INFORMATION PRESENTED ON THESE DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS. EXAMINE THE AREAS AND CONDITIONS UNDER
<br />WHICH WORK WILL BE PERFORMED. CORRECT CONDITIONS DETRIMENTAL TO TIMELY AND PROPER COMPLETION OF THE WORK. DO NOT PROCEED
<br />UNTIL UNSATISFACTORY CONDITIONS ARE CORRECTED. THE BUILDER AND ALL SUBCONTRACTORS SHALL FAMILIARIZE THEMSELVES WITH THESE

<br />PHOTOGRAPHS OF ALL UNDERGROUND INSTALLATIONS.
<br />16. RETURN MARKED UP CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS, AS-BUILT DOCUMENTS TO THE OWNER AT SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION.
<br />17. RETURN ALL DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS FURNISHED BY OWNER AT COMPLETION OF WORK. DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS ARE OWNERS'
<br />PROPERTY AND SHALL BE RETURNED.
<br />18. THE TERM “PRODUCT” INCLUDES MATERIALS, SYSTEMS, AND EQUIPMENT. THE TERM “PROVIDE” INCLUDES FURNISHING AND INSTALLING A PRODUCT,
<br />COMPLETE IN PLACE, OPERATING, TESTED, AND APPROVED. THE TERM “BUILDING CODE” AND THE TERM “CODE” REFER TO PUBLISHED
<br />REGULATIONS OF GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES HAVING JURISDICTION. THE TERMS “APPROVED”, “REQUIRED” AND “AS DIRECTED” REFER TO AND

<br />7. CONDUCT REGULAR SAFETY MEETINGS AND DISCUSS WITH PERSONNEL THE SPECIFICS RELATIVE TO ALL ON GOING MATERIALS AND PRODUCT

<br />8. SCAQMD TESTING SHALL BE PROVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH EXECUTIVE ORDER VR-204-Q.
<br />9. PROVIDE SB-989 TESTING AND PROVIDE A NEW MONITORING SYSTEM CERTIFICATION PRIOR TO FINAL INSPECTION.
<br />MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT:
<br />1. COORDINATE AND EXPEDITE PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT.

<br />6. MAKE AS MANY TRIPS TO THE JOB SITE AS ARE NEEDED TO DELIVER MATERIALS FOR THIS PROJECT IN A TIMELY MANNER TO ENSURE ORDERLY
<br />PROGRESS OF THE WORK.
<br />7. DO NOT PERMIT MATERIALS NOT COMPLYING WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THESE SPECIFICATIONS TO BE BROUGHT ONTO OR TO BE STORED AT
<br />THE JOB SITE.
<br />8. REMOVE PROMPLTY NON-COMPLYING MATERIALS FROM THE JOB SITE AND REPLACE WITH MATERIALS MEETING THE REQUIREMENTS OF THIS
<br />SECTION.
<br />9. IT SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE SECURE, LOCKABLE STORAGE FOR ALL CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS AND
<br />EQUIPMENT. REPLACEMENT AFTER RECEIPT SHALL BE BY THE CONTRACTOR.
<br />10. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL TAKE RECEIPT OF ALL OWNER SUPPLIED EQUIPMENT, CONFIRM MADEL AND QUANTITY AND NOTIFY OWNER OF ANY
<br />DISCREPANCIES.
<br />CLEAN UP AND ADJUSTMENT:
<br />1. CLEAN ALL AREAS OF THE FACILITY AFFECTED BY THE PROJECT.
<br />2. REMOVE ALL DEBRIS AND LEAVE PREMISES BROOM CLEAN.
<br />3. CLEAN AND POLSIH ALL GLASS AND PLUMBING, INCLUDING FIXTURES.
<br />4. WIPE CLEAN AND POLISH FACILITY EQUIPMENT (PUMPS/DISPENSERS, SIGNS, SHELVING, COOLERS, LIGHTS, AND NEW EQUIPMENT IN
<br />CONSTRUCTION DISTRUVED AREAS, ETC.).
<br />5. EXERCISE CAUTION TO AVOID DAMAGING OR STAINING PAINT, CONCRETE, TILE, ETC.
<br />6. THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CORRECTIONG ALL DAMAGE UP TO SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION.
