Date: 01/15/2025
Name of Homeowner: CHRISTOPHER W ROSAS
Project Address: 2352 N Riverside Dr Santa Ana CA 92706
To whom it may concern,
Please find the below responses to the Initial Plan Review Comment Letter dated (11/12/2024) for the referenced project. Responses are itemized
below.

Correction Requested Response to Correction Pages affected Additional Plan Notes
1. On calculation shows manufactured truss as roof framing ,
please revise roof rafter size and spacing to reflect as existing
manufactured truss per calculation.
We have revised roof rafter size and spacing on the plans to
reflect as existing manufactured truss per calculation.
E6
2. Please Now provided is a conduit FILL calculation sheet.
What is required is an AMPACITY adjustment table that follows
the reduction in conductor ampacity due to the number of
current carrying conductors (CCCs) within one conduit. Shown
are 46 CCCs within the conduit. Per Table 310.15(C)(1), each
conductor is reduced to 35% of its 75deg ampacity. This results
in a 20A circuit requiring a #6 conductor. Clearly this is not
feasible.Generally, more than 9 CCCs requires up sizing the
conductors and more than 20requires very large up sizing.
Redesign the backup loads conductors and conduits to meet
the requirements of CEC T310.15(C)(1).
We have provided the required calculations per 310.15(C)(1) E7.2 & E7.3
2352 N Riverside
Dr1/23/2025
