UpperTilt Up Bracket <br />'4*j (this bracketis threaded and <br />narmwer than the lower <br />97/7/50 brad(et) <br />E-N'"--- pre-tapped <br />- 3/8" Short <br />hex stud <br />- 3/8" Lock Washer <br />Tapped <br />*.x Lower Tilt Up Bracket <br />(this bracket is counter-bored <br /> and widerthanthe upper4* b,acket) <br />% <br />1* 4-1- <br />STEP 1-USING TILE TRAC <br />ATTACH THE REAR ASSEMBLY: <br />A: Attach the lower (counter-bored) tilt up bracket to <br />the Tile Trac: <br />Place the lower tilt up bracket (non-threaded) over the <br />1-1/2" stud with the serrated surface facing down. <br />Square off with the Tile Trac upper carriage to insure a <br />straight tilt up leg. Tighten down with a 3/8" lock <br />washer and 3/8" hex nut. (see illustration) <br />B: Set in the rear Tilt Up leg (square tube): <br />Place the tilt up leg (square tube) in the center of the <br />bracket. Align the holes of the tube with the holes in <br />the lower bracket. Insert a 5/16" x 2" socket cap bolt <br />with a lock washer through the holes. Do not tighten <br />yet. <br />C: Attach the upper (tapped) tilt up bracket to the <br />square tube: Place the upper bracket (tapped) on top <br />of the tube. Align the holes of the tube with the holes <br />in the lower bracket. Insert a 5/16" x 2" socket cap <br />bolt with a lock washer through the holes. Tighten down with a 3/8" lock washer and 3/8" <br />hex nut. (see illustration) <br />B: Attach the upper (hollow) tilt up bracket to the <br />lower bracket: Place the upper bracket (hollow) inside <br />of the lower bracket. Align the holes of the upper <br />bracket with the holes in the lower bracket. Insert a <br />5/16" x 2" socket cap bolt with a lock washer through <br />the holes.
