The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit <br />issuance: <br />- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans <br />should be submitted to expedite the process. <br />- Proof of Worker's Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuance <br />9. Provide the wind load on the calculation. <br />10. Provide an attachment detail for the sign to the plate on detail 3. <br />11. Verify attachment of the existing steel tube to the structure will be able to take additional load transferred <br />from the sign to the tube from the wind load. <br />12. Please submit a signed copy of the contract showing labor and materials for all the work to be done <br />under the subject building permit application.
