Smoke detectors. <br />h. Access panels. <br />i. Ceiling fans. <br />E. Samples for Verification: For each type of exposed material, finish, covering, or facing <br />indicated, prepared on Samples of size indicated below: <br />1. Textile: Full width by not less than 36-inch- (914-mm-) long section of fabric from dye <br />lot to be used for the Work, with specified treatments applied. Show complete pattern <br />repeat. <br />2. Panel Edge Material: Not less than 3 inches (75 mm) long. <br />1.5 INFORMATIONAL SUBMITTALS <br />A. Submit acoustical test reports showing product conformance with ASTM E90 and <br />ASTM C423. <br />B. Seismic Qualification Certificates: For operable panel partitions, accessories, and <br />components, from manufacturer. <br />1. Basis for Certification: Indicate whether withstand certification is based on actual test <br />of assembled components or on calculation. <br />2. Dimensioned Outline Drawings of Equipment Unit: Identify center of gravity and locate <br />and describe mounting and anchorage provisions. <br />3. Detailed description of equipment anchorage devices on which the certification is <br />based and their installation requirements. <br />C. Product Certificates: Submit letter signed by manufacturer certifying that operable walls to be <br />furnished on this project comply with the requirements of the specification. <br />D. Product Test Reports: From an independent testing agency indicating that each operable <br />panel partition complies with requirements. Submit the following: <br />1. Report for STC. <br />2. Proof load testing of track/trolley/bracket/hanger rod assembly. <br />3. Other proof load tests as may be identified in 'PART 2 of this Section. <br />E. Field Test Reports: Indicate and interpret test results for compliance with performance <br />requirements. <br />1. The City reserves the right to field sound test the operable wall within 60 days of the <br />date of Project Acceptance. Cost for field sound testing shall the responsibility of the <br />City. <br />1.6 CLOSEOUT SUBMITTALS <br />A. Operation and Maintenance Data: For operable panel partitions to include in maintenance <br />manuals. In addition to items specified in Division 1 Section "Operation and Maintenance <br />Data," include the following: <br />1. Panel finish facings and finishes for exposed trim and accessories. Include <br />precautions for cleaning materials and methods that could be detrimental to finishes <br />and performance. <br />2. Seals, hardware, track, carriers, and other operating components. <br />B. Warranty: Executed special warranty specified in this Section.
