A.M.C. ) <br />a letter which re- <br />(High Risk) to Class IlI <br />inance (Section 8-2000 <br />This letter is to inform you that under the provisions of the Ordinance the or.:ner <br />is required !o provide a structural analysis prepared by a licensed structural <br />engineer, cj.vi1 engineer or architect. This structural analysis, together with <br />plans and calculations necessary for corrective vork, is to be submitted to the <br />City's Department of Planning and Development Services for review by April 24, <br />1984. Permits required to acconplish lhe necessary structural alterations must <br />be obtained by July 29, 1984. The re quired alterations must corDrnence vithin one <br />hundred eighty ,(180) days from the date the pernit is issued, and the buildi-ng <br />must be corrected to meet the minimum requirements of the ordinance not later <br />than July 29, 1986. As you should be avare, this is the same infornatj.on Pro- <br />vided you in the original Notice and Order sent to you on July 29, 1983. <br />The consequences of failing to comply uith any of the dates of the ordinance are <br />that you vill be required to vacate the buildin8 and leave j.t vacant until such <br />time that you have compteted the seismlc rehabilitation nork or you may be required <br />to demolish the structure. In addition, you Day be subject to criminal or civil <br />action taken by rhe City Attorney.
