Thi-s structural analysis, together with <br />plans and calculalj.ons necessary for corrective vork, is to be submitted to the <br />City's Departnent of Planning and Development Services for reviev by ApriL 24, <br />1984. Pernits required to accomplish the necessary structural alterations nust <br />be obtained by July 29, 1984. The re quired alterations mus! conmence yithin one <br />hundred eighty .(180) days fron the date the permit is issued, and the building <br />musL be corrected to meet Lhe minimum requirements of the Ordinance not later <br />than Jul 29 1986 . As you should be aware, this is the sane information pro- <br />vided you in the original Notice and order sent to you on July 29, 1983. <br />The consequences of failing to comply with any of the dates of the ordinance are <br />that you vi1l be required to vacate the building and leave it vscant until such <br />tiEe that you have compleled the seismic rehabllitation vork or you Eay be required <br />to demolish the structure, In addition, you may be subject to crininal or civil <br />action taken by the City Attorney.
