The purpose of our review <br />was to determine the adequacy of the existing structure to support the proposed installation of solar panels as well <br />as the attachment of solar panel to the existing framing. <br />After review, we concluded that the existing structure is adequate to support the proposed solar panel installation. <br />Gravity load increase did not exceed 5% and therefore, this install meets the prescriptive compliance requirements <br />of the applicable IEBC. <br />Exp: 06/30/2026 <br />10/23/2025
