Fairview Street <br />Santa Ana, CA 92704 <br />Subject: Lease dated September 23, 2010, between Tailgate Plinting, Inc., as <br />"Tenant", and APG OCIC LLC, successor-in-interest to Lapco Industrial Parks <br />as "Landlord", for the Premises located at 2930 S. Fairview Street, Santa Ana, <br />CA <br />CONSENT TO ALTERATIONS <br />Dear Xavier: <br />In accordance with Tenant's request the Lessor under the above-referenced <br />Lease hereby consents to Tenant's installation of those certain Alterations to <br />the above-referenced Premises as described in the plans and specifications <br />attached to this letter consisting of plans prepared by Hernandez Signs dated <br />11/22/; provided, however, that the foregoing consent is expressly subject to <br />and conditioned upon the following: <br />1. The Alterations shall be constructed pursuant to the plans and <br />1!hire specifications attached to this letter as they relate to the structural and <br />mechanical portions of the work.Real Estate Group <br />2. All improvements shall be constructed by a licensed, bonded and <br />insured contractor. Contractor's name and California Contractor's <br />License number shall be furnished to Unire Real Estate Group, Inc. <br />prior to commencement of work. <br />3. The installation of the Alterations shall be conducted in compliance <br />with all Applicable Laws (as the term is defined in the above- <br />referenced Lease), including without limitation the provisions of the <br />Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA"), and in a good and <br />workmanlike manner. <br />4. All costs in connection with Tenanfs installation of the Alterations <br />consented to hereunder shall be fully paid by Tenant, and Tenant shall <br />1800 E.
