5. A completion and indemnity bond is not required. (If required, such <br />bond must be submitted to and approved in writing by Lessor prior to <br />Lessee's commencement of the installation of the Alterations.) <br />6. The installation of the Alterations shall otherwise conform with all <br />conditions and requirements of Article 12 of the above-referenced <br />Lease and all other terms, provisions, and requirements of said Lease. <br />7. Tenant shall provide to Lessor prior to the start of construction, but in <br />no event later than fifteen (15) days following the date of this letter, a <br />Certificate of Insurance and Endorsements per the attached <br />requirements. <br />8. Tenant shall provide to Lesser, prior to the start of construction, a list of <br />subcontractors and construction schedule. <br />9. Upon the completion of the Alterations, Tenant will promptly provide <br />to the undersigned, on behalf of the Lessor: (a) a copy of the City- <br />approved plans and specifications for the Alterations, (b) a copy of the <br />City building permit for the Alterations, and (c) a copy of the signed-off <br />City inspection card for the Alterations. <br />10. Upon Lessor's request, the Alterations will be removed and the area <br />restored to original condition at Tenant's cost, at the termination of the <br />Lease. <br />This consent has been given with the understanding that (i) Tenant will <br />comply with each and all of the conditions set forth in this letter, (ii) no Event <br />of Default currently exists under the above referenced Lea se, and (iii) no <br />Hazardous Materials (as that term is defined in said Lease), including but not <br />limited to asbestos or asbestos-containing materials, shall be used by Tenanes <br />agents or contractors in the construction of any of the Alterations permitted <br />hereunder. <br />Please note that it is the Lessor's intention to post and record a Notice of Non- <br />Responsibility or other notice Lessor deems proper in connection with <br />Subtenant's construction and installation of the Alterations consented to <br />hereunder.
