STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS OF A.S.T.M. <br />1.3. AMENDMENTS BY THE LOCAL JURISDICTION <br />2. ON SITE VERIFICATION OF ALL DIMENSIONS AND CONDITIONS SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE <br />CONTRACTOR AND SUB-CONTRACTORS. NOTES AND DIMENSIONS TAKES PRECEDENCE OVER <br />SCALING OF THE DRAWING.
