<br />CONTRACTOR SHALL INSTALL A DURABLE PLACARD IN THE FILE/STORAGE ROOM AT
<br />A CONSPICUOUS LOCATION. THE AREA OF THE PLACARD SHALL BE 100 SQ. INCHES
<br />MINIMUM. THE OCCUPANT OF THE SUBJECT PORTION OF THE BUILDING SHALL BE
<br />RESPONSIBLE FOR KEEPING THE ACTUAL LOAD BELOW THE ALLOWABLE LOAD LIMITS
<br />INDICATED ON THE PLACARD. THE PLACARD SHALL INDICATE THE FOLLOWING
