Vehicle is not responding to <br />charger. <br />2. SLAC failed <br />3. Charger is not able to complete <br />initial communication with <br />vehicle. <br />4. Vehicle not connected <br />properly <br />5. Cable connector not making <br />proper contact with vehicle due <br />to weight/length of cable." <br />"Vehicle <br />communication <br />failed. Multiple <br />scenarios can <br />cause this error. <br />For CHAdeMO no <br />response from for <br />6sec. <br />For CCS no SLAC <br />from vehicle for <br />30sec etc." <br />- Dial into system and close <br />safety in Dispenser <br />- Recommend attempting <br />another charging session <br />- If issue is persistent, contact <br />BTC Power for further <br />assistance <br />- Technician may be <br />dispatched if issue cannot <br />be solved remotely <br />- Check if it is CHAdeMO or CCS <br />side <br />- Check CAN communication <br />- Check SECC board (if <br />applicable) <br />- If no issue is found, call in for <br />additional help <br />TIMEOUT_POWERMODULE_TURNON Tower 4 Medium If any power module is not <br />enabled after start signal <br />30 sec timeout after <br />power module turn <br />on command is <br />issued <br />- Analyze logs <br />- BTC Power will issue <br />dispatch instructions <br />- Check if input Tower breaker is <br />tripped <br />WAITING_ISOLATION_TEST_TIMEOUT Dispenser 4 Medium "- Charger is not able to complete <br />CableCheck in time <br />- Application side <br />- Tower may not be sending <br />voltage" <br />If Isolation test is not <br />getting completed <br />in 60sec <br />- Review logs for error history <br />- If issue is persistent, contact <br />BTC Power for further <br />assistance <br />- Technician may be <br />dispatched if issue cannot <br />be solved remotely <br />- Compare metered voltage with <br />on-screen values <br />- Contact BTC Power for <br />additional troubleshooting <br />INTERLOCK_FAILURE Tower/Dispenser 4 Medium Interlock between Tower and <br />Dispenser is lost while charging <br />If interlock signal is <br />removed for > 50ms <br />while in charging. <br /> - Check interlock wire connections <br />between Tower and Dispenser <br />CUBE_ERROR_1 Tower 4 Medium Power module loses ready signal. <br />Can be caused by overheating. <br />Error detected on <br />power module for > <br />5ms <br />- Review logs for error history <br />- If issue is persistent, contact <br />BTC Power for further <br />assistance <br />- Technician may be <br />dispatched if issue cannot <br />be solved remotely <br />- Check fan operation <br />- Check proper fan orientation <br />(needs to be blowing outwards) <br /> <br /> <br />
