Maintenance <br /> <br />DANGER <br />All servicing must be performed ONLY by qualified personnel. Do not attempt to service the 360kW <br />High Power DC Charger yourself. <br />Make sure to turn off the power to the charger before performing any maintenance activity. <br /> <br />Maintenance Precautions <br />Each of the capacitors in this device have a high voltage for a time after shutting off the input <br />power supply. Must allow five (5) minutes after powering down before servicing internal <br />components. <br />Maintenance Items <br />Perform periodic maintenance of both Power Unit / Tower and Dispenser units. <br />Outlined below are the mandatory maintenance works for the Power Unit / Tower unit that must <br />be carried out in the prescribed interval. <br />SCOPE MAINTENANCE WORK INTERVAL <br />External Maintenance • Check the DC Power Unit / Tower for mechanical <br />damage, corrosion, restriction of IP degree of <br />protection, abnormal odor etc. <br />• Check branding labels and signages are in good <br />and legible condition <br />• Clean using water or neutral pH solution <br />Annual <br />Internal Maintenance • Check door conditions with no gaps around door <br />and gasket <br />• Vacuum clean internal components from dust <br />• Clean and check air intake and exhaust vents for <br />debris and foreign materials <br />• Replace air filters every two (2) years or as <br />necessary <br />• Check if power modules are fully seated <br />• Inspect AC/DC terminations and look for signs of <br />arcing and heat-stress on cables and bussing <br />Annual <br />
