Submittal Format: Submit one copy of each written Bidding Substitution Request, using <br />form bound in Project Manual. <br />B. Architect's Action: <br />1. Architect may request additional information or documentation necessary for evaluation <br />of the Bidding Substitution Request. Architect will notify all bidders of acceptance of the <br />proposed substitute by means of an Addendum to the Bidding and Contracting <br />Documents. <br />C.
