DECISION #8606-058. <br />2.THIS FACILITY IS EXEMPT FROM HANDICAP REQUIREMENTS PER CBC TITLE 24, SECTION 2-712. (B) 5. <br />THIS FACILITY IS NON-OCCUPIABLE SPACE AND ENTERED ONLY BY SERVICE PERSONNEL. THIS <br />SPACE IS NOT FOR HUMAN OCCUPANCY. <br />3.THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR AND ALL SUB-CONTRACTORS SHALL VERIFY ALL EXISTING CONDITIONS <br />AND DIMENSIONS MATCH THE DRAWINGS AND SHALL IMMEDIATELY NOTIFY THE ARCHITECT IN <br />WRITING OF ANY DISCREPANCIES.
