Actual shrinkage/bulking <br />of the soil may vary. <br /> <br />GROUNDWATER <br /> <br />Groundwater was not encountered during the time of our investigation. Department of Water <br />Resources Water Data Library well number 337105N1178932W001 located about 0.9-mile <br />southwest of the project location; indicates groundwater elevation of -61.29 feet that was <br />measured on 12/09/2024. The project site’s elevation is 46 feet; therefore, the estimated <br />groundwater depth at the project site is 107 feet below ground surface. <br /> <br />SITE GEOLOGY <br /> <br />The Regional Geologic Map of the area indicates the subject’s site is in an area underlain by <br />Alluvium deposits (Q) unconsolidated and semi-consolidated. The subsurface soil encountered <br />during the investigation consisted mainly of clayey fine sand.
