All earthworks, including excavation, <br />backfill and preparation of subgrade, should be performed in accordance with the geotechnical <br />recommendations presented in this report. All import fill material to be approved by Geotechnical <br />Engineer prior to importing to the site for use as compacted fill. <br />Conclusion <br />Development of the site, as proposed, is considered feasible from a Geotechnical Engineering <br />perspective, assuming the recommendations in this report are incorporated in the design and <br />implemented in the field. <br />When constructed in accordance with the specifications in this report the site will be safe and adequate <br />for the intended use. <br />7 <br />
