Seasonal Limitations No fill shall be placed, spread, or rolled during unfavorable weather conditions. When work is interrupted by heavy rains, fill operations shall not resume until the field tests by the Soils Engineer indicate the moisture content and density of the fill are as previously specified. General The recommendations contained in this report are based on the results of field investigation and laboratory testing and represent our best engineering judgment. When prepared in accordance with the recommendations, the site will be suitable and acceptable and safe and adequate for the proposed construction. It should be understood that subsurface conditions can and will vary throughout the site. Before providing bids, contractors shall make thorough explorations and findings. If soil conditions encountered during grading differ substantially from those described in this report, this office should be notified immediately so that appropriate recommendations can be made. This consultant is not responsible for any financial gains or losses accrued by persons/firms or any third party in this report. This report is issued with the understanding that it is the responsibility of the owner, or his/her representative, to ensure that the information and recommendations contained herein are called to the attention of the Project Architect and Engineer and are incorporated into the plans and specifications and that the necessary steps are taken to see that the Contractors and Subcontractors carry out such recommendations.
