CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />Plannin and Building Agency <br />1602�V Brook St <br />Santa Ana CA 92703 <br />Approved <br />FOR PERMIT ISSUANCE <br />Master ID: <br />Date: <br />Inspection <br />The Soils Engineer shall provide inspection for the site clearing and grading in order to certify that the <br />grading was done in accordance with the approved plans and grading specifications. <br />Seasonal Limitations <br />No fill shall be placed, spread, or rolled during unfavorable weather conditions. When work is <br />interrupted by heavy rains, fill operations shall not resume until the field tests by the Soils Engineer <br />indicate the moisture content and density of the fill are as previously specified. <br />General <br />The recommendations contained in this report are based on the results of field investigation and <br />laboratory testing and represent our best engineering judgment. When prepared in accordance with the <br />recommendations, the site will be suitable and acceptable and safe and adequate for the proposed <br />construction. <br />It should be understood that subsurface conditions can and will vary throughout the site. Before <br />providing bids, contractors shall make thorough explorations and findings. If soil conditions <br />encountered during grading differ substantially from those described in this report, this office should <br />be notified immediately so that appropriate recommendations can be made. This consultant is not <br />responsible for any financial gains or losses accrued by persons/firms or any third party in this report. <br />This report is issued with the understanding that it is the responsibility of the owner, or his/her <br />representative, to ensure that the information and recommendations contained herein are called to the <br />attention of the Project Architect and Engineer and are incorporated into the plans and specifications <br />and that the necessary steps are taken to see that the Contractors and Subcontractors carry out such <br />recommendations. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Priority Engineering Group <br />George Bach <br />RCE 11092 / GE 107 <br />
