THE MECHANICAL CONTRACTOR SHALL HAVE A CURRENT <br />CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE WHICH HAS BEEN VALID IN THE SAME STATE AS THE <br />PROJECT SCOPE FOR A MINIMUM OF TWO YEARS.
