<br />IMPEDING TRAFFIC SAFETY.
<br />15. PROPERLY INSTALLED SILT FENCE OR EQUIVALENT CONTROL
<br />SHALL BE EVIDENT ALONG SITE PERIMETER TO PREVENT MOVEMENT
