CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />SPECIFICATIONS <br />PROJECT NO.: XX-XXXX <br /> PROJECT TITLE <br /> <br />2 <br />Contractor – The person or persons, co-partnership or corporation, private or municipal, who <br />have entered into contract for this work as parties or party of the second part of his or her legal <br />representatives. <br />Department – City of Santa Ana Public Works Agency. <br />Due Notice – A written notification, given in due time, of a proposed action where such <br />notification is required by the contract to be given a specified interval of time (usually 48 hours <br />or two working days) prior to the commencement of the contemplated action.
