CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DEFINITION OF BID ITEMS <br />PROJECT NO.: XX-XXXX <br />PROJECT TITLE <br /> <br />6 of 6 <br />Bid Item No. 25 - Construction Permits <br />The work under this item consists of obtaining a Construction Permit at the City of Santa Ana <br />Public Works Development Services counter and making the required deposit (refer to Section 2- <br />2a, Construction Permit, of these Special Provisions). <br />Payment for this item shall be at the contract Lump Sum listed in the Bid Proposal, and shall <br />include full compensation for doing all work and no additional compensation will be allowed <br />therefore. <br />Bid Item No. 26 - SWPPP (Risk Level #) <br />Payment for this item shall be at the contract Lump Sum listed in the Bid Proposal. Payment <br />shall include, but is not limited to, full compensation for preparing PRDs and uploading them <br />onto SMARTS, administering the SWPPP to conform to Contractor’s actual construction <br />practices, ensuring construction activities comply with the most current Construction General <br />Permit, implementing and maintaining all BMPs as shown in the SWPPP, conducting inspections <br />as outlined in the most current Construction General Permit, conducting any stormwater <br />monitoring and reporting as required and outlined in the most current Construction General <br />Permit, uploading Change(s) of Information (COI) on SMARTS, and preparing and submitting <br />the Annual Report(s) and Notice of Termination (NOT) as outlined in the most current <br />Construction General Permit.
