This section includes a description of alternate work. <br />B. Related Requirements: <br />1. Pricing Documents: Quotation of cost of each alternate. <br />2. Owner-Contractor Agreement: Alternates accepted by Owner for incorporation <br />into the Work. <br />3. Sections of Specifications identified in each Alternate. <br />1.2 PROCEDURES <br />A. Alternates will be exercised at Owner's option. <br />B. Coordinate Related Work: and modify surrounding work as required to complete <br />Work, including changes under each alternate, when acceptance is designated in <br />Owner-Contractor Agreement. <br />1.3 ALTERNATES <br />A. Alternates: To be determined. <br />B. Alternate No. 1: Delete Custom Colors. <br />1. Work Included in Alternate: Include deduct cost for each line item requiring <br />custom color where color is not indicated on Drawings or Finish Schedule. <br />2. Work Included in Contract Amount: Include custom color as directed by Architect <br />where color is not indicated on Drawings or Finish Schedule. <br />3. Sections: List each Technical Section in Project Manual that indicates custom <br />color where color is not indicated on Drawings or Finish Schedule.
