Ensure coordination of Contractor and subcontractors at all levels. <br />C. Ensure coordination of submittals, fabrication, delivery, erection, installation, and testing <br />of materials and equipment. <br />D. Ensure on-time delivery of Owner furnished materials and equipment. <br />E. Ensure coordination of jurisdictional reviews. <br />F. Assist in preparation and evaluation of applications for payment. <br />G. Assist in monitoring progress of work. <br />H. Assist in evaluation of proposed changes to Contract Time. <br />I. Assist in evaluation of proposed changes to Construction Schedule. <br />J. Assist in detection of schedule delays and identification of corrective actions. <br />1.4 QUALIFICATIONS <br />A. Scheduler: Personnel with 3 years minimum experience in scheduling construction work <br />of a complexity and size comparable to this Project. <br />B. Administrative Personnel: 3 years minimum experience in using and monitoring <br />schedules on comparable projects. <br />1.5 QUALITY ASSURANCE <br />A. Perform work in accordance with Construction Planning and Scheduling Manual <br />published by the AGC. <br />B. In the event of discrepancy between the AGC publication and this section, provisions of <br />this section shall govern. <br />1.6 PROJECT RECORD DOCUMENTS <br />A. Submit record documents under provisions of Section 01 77 00. <br />B. Submit one reproducible and two copies of final Record Construction Schedule which <br />reflects actual construction of this Project. <br />C. Record schedule shall be certified for compliance with actual way project was <br />constructed. <br />D. Receipt of Record Construction Schedule shall be a condition precedent to any <br />retainage release or final payment. <br />1.7 SUBMITTALS <br />A. Within 7 days from the Notice of Award submit proposed Early Work Schedule and <br />preliminary Cost Report defining activities for first 60 days of Work. <br />505 E Central Ave <br />#B11/6/2024
