Within 45 days from the Notice of Award submit proposed Construction Schedule and <br />final Cost Report. <br />C. Submit updated Construction Schedule at least 10 days prior to each Application for <br />Payment. <br />D. Submit Short Interval Schedule at each Construction Progress Meeting. <br />E. Submit Time Adjustment Schedule within 10 days of commencement of a claimed delay. <br />F. Submit Recovery Schedules as required by completion of work. <br />G. Submit one reproducible and two copies of each schedule and cost report. <br />1.8 REVIEW AND EVALUATION <br />A. Early Work Schedule shall be reviewed during Preconstruction Conference with Owner <br />and Architect. <br />B. Within 5 days of receipt of Owner and Architect's comments provide satisfactory revision <br />to Early Work Schedule or adequate justification for activities in question. <br />C. Acceptance by Owner of corrected Early Work Schedule shall be a condition precedent <br />to making any progress payments for first 60 days of Contract. <br />D. Cost loaded values of Early Work Schedule shall be a basis for determining progress <br />payments during first 60 days of Contract. <br />E. Participate in joint review of Construction Schedule and Reports with Owner and <br />Architect. <br />F. Within 7 days of receipt of Owner and Architect's comments provide satisfactory revision <br />to Construction Schedule or adequate justification for activities in question. <br />G. In the event that an activity or element of work is not detected by Owner or Architect <br />review, such omission or error shall be corrected by next scheduled update and shall not <br />affect Contract Time. <br />H. Acceptance by Owner of corrected Construction Schedule shall be a condition precedent <br />to making any progress payments after first 60 days of Contract. <br />I. Cost-loaded values of Construction Schedule shall be basis for determining progress <br />payments. <br />J. Review and acceptance by Owner and Architect of Early Work Schedule or Construction <br />Schedule does not constitute responsibility whatsoever for accuracy or feasibility of <br />schedules nor does such acceptance expressly or impliedly warrant, acknowledge or <br />admit reasonableness of activities, logic, duration, or cost loading stated or implied on <br />schedules. <br />505 E Central Ave <br />#B11/6/2024
