Should schedule indicate a completion date earlier than any required completion date, <br />Owner or Architect shall not be liable for any costs should project be unable to be <br />completed by such date. <br />F. Seasonal weather shall be considered in planning and scheduling of all work. Seasonal <br />rainfall shall be 10 year average for the month as evidenced by Local Climatological <br />Data obtained from U.S. National Weather Service. <br />G. Provide sub-schedules to define critical portions of entire schedule. <br />H. Indicate procurement activities, delivery and installation of Owner furnished material and <br />equipment. <br />I. Level of detail shall correspond to complexity of work involved. <br />J. As developed shall show sequence of activities required for complete performance of <br />Work. <br />K. Shall be logical and show a coordinated plan of Work. <br />L. Show order of activities. Include specific dates of completion. <br />M. Duration of activities shall be coordinated with subcontractors and suppliers and shall be <br />best estimate of time required. <br />N. Failure to include any activity shall not be an excuse for completing all work by required <br />completion date. <br />O. An activity shall meet the following criteria: <br />1. Any portion or element of work, action, or reaction that is precisely described, <br />readily identifiable, and is a function of a logical sequential process. <br />2. Descriptions shall be clear and concise. Beginning and end shall be readily <br />verifiable. Starts and finishes shall be scheduled by logical restraints. <br />3. Responsibility shall be identified with a single performing entity. <br />4. Additional codes shall identify building, floor, bid item and CSI classification. <br />5. Assigned dollar value (cost-loading) of each activity shall cumulatively equal total <br />contract amount. Mobilization, bond and insurance costs shall be separate. <br />General requirement costs, overhead, profit, shall be prorated throughout all <br />activities. Activity costs shall correlate with Schedule of Values. <br />P. For major equipment and materials show a sequence of activities including: <br />1. Preparation of shop drawings and sample submissions. <br />2. Review of shop drawings and samples. <br />3. Finish and color selection. <br />505 E Central Ave <br />#B11/6/2024
