Percentage complete. <br />4. Value prior to current period. <br />5. Value this period. <br />6. Value to date. <br />1.11 EARLY WORK SCHEDULE <br />A. Shall establish scope of work to be performed during the first 60 days of Contract. <br />B. Shall contain the following phases and activities: <br />1. Procurement activities to include mobilization, shop drawings and sample <br />submittals. <br />2. Identification of key and long-lead elements and realistic delivery dates. <br />3. Construction activities in units of whole days limited to 14 days for each activity <br />except non-construction activities for procurement and delivery. <br />4. Approximate cost and duration of each activity. <br />C. Shall contain seasonal weather considerations. Seasonal rainfall shall be 10 year <br />average for the month as evidenced by Local Climatological Data obtained from U.S. <br />National Weather Service. <br />D. Activities shall be incorporated into Construction Schedule. <br />E. No application for payment will be evaluated or processed until Early Work Schedule has <br />been submitted and reviewed. <br />F. Shall be updated on a monthly basis while Construction Schedule is being developed. <br />G. Failure to submit an adequate or accurate Early Work Schedule or failure to submit on <br />established dates will be considered a substantial breach of Contract. <br />1.12 CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE <br />A. Shall include Early Work Schedule as first 60 days of Construction Schedule. <br />B. Shall be a fully developed horizontal bar-chart-type schedule. <br />C. Shall indicate a completion date for project that is no later than required completion date. <br />D.
