Delhi Community Center Library Renovation 9/29/2023 <br />Santa Ana, California <br /> <br /> 01 32 10 - 9 Construction Schedule – Bar Chart <br />E. No other revisions shall be made to schedule unless authorized by Owner. <br />F. Provide narrative Progress Report at time of schedule update which details the following: <br />1. Activities or portions of activities completed during previous reporting period. <br />2. Actual start dates for activities currently in progress. <br />3. List of major construction equipment used during reporting period and any <br />equipment idle. <br />4. Number of personnel by craft engaged on Work during reporting period. <br />5. Progress analysis describing problem areas. <br />6. Current and anticipated delay factors and their impact. <br />7. Proposed corrective actions for Recovery Schedule. <br />8. Proposed modifications, additions, deletions and changes in Construction <br />Schedule. <br />G. Schedule update will form basis upon which progress payments will be made. <br />H. Owner will not be obligated to review or process Application for Payment until schedule <br />and Progress Report have been submitted. <br />1.17 DISTRIBUTION <br />A. Following joint review and acceptance of updated schedules distribute copies to Owner, <br />Architect, and all other concerned parties. <br />B.
