Cooperate with laboratory personnel and provide access to the Work and to <br />manufacturer's facilities. <br /> <br /> C. Notify Architect, Owner’s Resident Inspector and testing laboratory 48 hours <br />prior to expected time for operations requiring inspection and testing services. <br /> <br /> 1. When tests or inspections cannot be performed after such notice, <br />reimburse Owner for laboratory personnel and travel expenses incurred <br />due to the Contractor's negligence. <br /> <br /> 2. The Contractor shall notify the Owner's representative a sufficient time <br />in advance of the manufacture of material to be supplied by him under <br />the Contract Documents, which must by terms of the Contract be <br />tested, in order that the Owner may arrange for the testing of same at <br />the source of supply. <br /> <br /> 3. Any material shipped by the Contractor from the source of supply prior <br />to having satisfactorily passed such testing and inspection or prior to the <br />receipt of notice from said representative that such testing and <br />inspection will not be required shall not be incorporated in the job. <br /> <br /> D. Employ and pay for services of Owner's testing laboratory to perform <br />additional inspections, sampling and testing required when initial tests indicate <br />work does not comply with contract documents. <br /> <br /> 1.9 SCHEDULE OF INSPECTIONS AND TESTS BY OWNER'S TESTING LABORATORY <br /> <br /> A.
