Ambient conditions at time of test or sample-taking, <br /> <br /> 10. Results of tests and interpretation of test results, <br /> <br /> 11. Professional opinion as to whether tested work is in conformance with <br />Contract Documents, <br /> <br /> 12. Recommendations on retesting. <br /> <br /> C. Verification of Test Reports: Each testing agency shall submit to the Architect <br />and the Division of the State Architect a verified report in duplicate covering all <br />of the tests which were required to be made by that agency during the progress <br />of the project. Such report shall be furnished each time that work on the project <br />is suspended, covering the tests up to that time and at the completion of the <br />project, covering all tests. <br /> <br /> 1.7 LIMITS ON TESTING LABORATORY AUTHORITY <br /> <br /> A. Laboratory may not release, revoke, alter, or enlarge on requirements of <br />Contract Documents. <br /> <br /> B. Laboratory may not approve or accept any portion of the Work. <br /> <br /> C. Laboratory may not assume any duties of Contractor. <br /> <br /> D. Laboratory has no authority to stop the Work. <br /> <br /> 1.8 CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> <br /> A.
