SURFACE SHALL BE STABLE, FIRM AND SLIP RESISTANT. <br />3. CROSS-SLOPE SHALL NOT BE STEEPER THAN 1:48 AND RUNNING SLOPE <br />SHALL NOT BE STEEPER THAN 1:20 UNLESS OTHERWISE INDICATED (SEC <br />11B-403.3) <br />4. P.O.T.
