<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />3rd & Broadway, Santa Ana, CA <br />Volume 1 - Basis of Design June 17, 2024 | Project # S21043.00 <br /> pg. 5 <br />1.1 PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> <br />3rd & Broadway is a new two-building project located in Santa Ana, California. The scope of this project <br />includes two parcels. Parcel 1 includes the Residential (West) Tower. Parcel 2 includes the Hotel (East) <br />Tower. The Residential Tower is approximately 170 feet tall and contains approximately 171 rental <br />apartments and 444 parking spaces in 15 above-grade stories and one basement level, as well as ground <br />floor retail space. The Hotel Tower is approximately 128 feet tall and contains approximately 75 hotel rooms <br />in 10 above-grade stories and 83 parking spaces using stackers. A one-story deep basement ‘podium’ runs <br />under both parcels, and under Sycamore Street located between the towers. <br /> <br />Representative architectural illustrations are included below to depict the design intent of the project. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Figure 1.1-1: Architectural Rendering <br />
