A. Provide all temporary and permanent Best Management Practices (BMP’s) storm water <br />pollution prevention equipment, material, and facilities as required by or as necessary to comply <br />with the SWPPP and meet the General Construction Permit requirements. <br />B. <br />PART 3 - PART 3 - EXECUTION <br />3.1 3.1 IMPLEMENTATION <br />A. Measures required in SWPPP shall be executed as dictated by SWPPP itself. <br />B. Legally Responsible Person (LRP) authorized by the Owner shall file Notice of Intent and <br />obtain project WDID number. <br />C. Contractor shall not commence construction until a Notice of Intent has been filed to the State <br />and project WDID number has been issued. <br />1. Concurrent with commencement of construction activities, Contractor shall implement <br />and retain at project site, the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan and a monitoring <br />program and reporting plan throughout construction in accordance with the General <br />Permit. <br />D. Contractor shall be responsible for paying the necessary permit fees and complying with State <br />Water Resources Control Board Order No. 2009-009-DWQ, implementing provisions of the <br />Clean Water Act relating to storm water discharges. <br />E. The plan will address all potential sources of pollutants which may enter the storm water <br />system, it must explain what steps will be taken during construction to minimize the risk of <br />storm water contamination and must address management procedures to be utilized during <br />construction to prevent pollution discharges such as spills, leaking, and dumping. <br />F. A copy of said plan shall be provided to owner and upon request contractor shall certify, in <br />writing, compliance with the relevant rules, regulations and laws. <br />G.
