The SWPPP document shall include the following information: <br />a. The name, location, period of construction, and a brief description of the Project. <br />b. Contact information for the Contractor, including name, address, and telephone <br />number. <br />c. Name, location, and description of any environmentally sensitive areas located on <br />or adjoining the Project. <br />d. A list of major construction materials, waste, and activities. <br />e. A list of BMPs to be used to control pollutant discharges from major construction <br />materials, wastes, and activities. <br />f. A site plan (a construction plan may be used) indicating the location of BMPs <br />where appropriate. <br />g. A developer’s certification statement that all required and selected BMPs will be <br />effectively implemented. <br />4. Whenever the Contractor is required to get any type of permit from the Department of <br />Building and Safety (DBAS), the Contractor shall submit the SWPPP document to the <br />DBAS for review and approval before obtaining the permit. At least one copy of the <br />approved SWPPP shall be kept at the construction site and accessible to City inspectors. <br />5.
