Cabinet Boxes: Galvanized steel with removable endwalls. Provide 3/4-inch-thick plywood <br />backboard painted matte white, for mounting terminal blocks. <br />B. Cabinet Fronts: Steel, flush surface type with concealed trim clamps, screw cover front, <br />concealed hinge and flush lock keyed to match branch circuit panelboard; finish as approved by <br />Architect. <br />2.3 TERMINAL BLOCKS AND ACCESSORIES <br />A. Terminal Blocks: ANSI/NEMA ICS 4; UL listed. <br />B. Power Terminals: Unit construction type, closed-back type, with tubular pressure screw connectors, <br />rated 600 volts. <br />C. Signal and Control Terminals: Modular construction type, channel mounted; tubular pressure <br />screw connectors, rated 300 volts. <br />2.4 FABRICATION <br />A. Shop assemble enclosures and cabinets housing terminal blocks or electrical components in <br />accordance with ANSI/NEMA ICS 6. <br />B. Provide conduit hubs knockouts on enclosures. <br />C. Provide protective pocket inside front cover with schematic diagram, connection diagram, and <br />layout drawing of control wiring and components within enclosure. <br />PART 3 - EXECUTION <br />3.1 INSTALLATION <br />A. Install cabinets and enclosures plumb; anchor securely to wall and structural supports at each <br />corner, minimum. <br />B. Provide accessory feet for free-standing equipment enclosures. <br />C. Install trim plumb. <br />D. Provide nameplate per Section 260195. <br />E. Ground and bond per Section 260170. <br />END OF SECTION 260160
