Product Data: For each type of product indicated. <br />B. Shop Drawings: For gates. Include plans, elevations, sections, details, and attachments to other <br />work. <br />1. Show required backup plates and / or box enclosures required to coordinate with <br />hardware specified in Division 08. <br />C. Delegated-Design Submittal: For gates including analysis data signed and sealed by the <br />qualified professional engineer responsible for their preparation. <br />1.5 QUALITY ASSURANCE <br />A. Installer Qualifications: Fabricator of products. <br />B. Mockups: Build mockups to verify selections made under sample submittals and to <br />demonstrate aesthetic effects and set quality standards for fabrication and installation. <br />1. Include 16-foot length of fence complying with requirements. <br />2. Include one pair of gates with hardware installed. <br />3. Approved mockups may become part of the completed Work if undisturbed at time of <br />Substantial Completion. <br />C. Preinstallation Conference: Conduct conference at Project site. <br />PART 2 - PRODUCTS <br />2.1 STEEL AND IRON <br />A. Plates, Shapes, and Bars: ASTM A 36/A 36M. <br />B. Galvanized-Steel Sheet: ASTM A 653/A 653M, structural quality, Grade 50, with G90 coating. <br />C. Tubing: ASTM A 500, cold formed steel tubing. <br />2.2 COATING MATERIALS <br />A. Epoxy Primer for Galvanized Steel: Complying with MPI #101 and compatible with coating <br />specified to be applied over it. <br />1. Products: Subject to compliance with requirements, provide the following : <br />a. Zinc rich thermosetting epoxy powder coating with a mimimum thickness of 2 <br />mils, by Ameristar Fence Products.
