<br />5. WHERE ORIGINAL MATERIALS REMAIN AND ARE SALVAGEABLE, ORIGINAL MATERIALS SHALL BE
<br />REPAIRED AS NEEDED. IF DETERIORATION IS BEYOND REPAIR OR ORIGINAL BUILDING FEATURES
<br />ARE MISSING, ALL NEW MATERIALS SHALL MATCH ORIGINALS AS CLOSE AS POSSIBLE AND MEET
<br />THE SECRETARY OF THE INTERIOR'S STANDARDS FOR REHABILITATION.
<br />6. ALL DOORS AND WINDOWS PLACEMENT IS SHOWN PER THE ORIGINAL DRAWINGS AND HAVE NOT
<br />BEEN VERIFIED FOR AS-BUILT LOCATIONS DUE TO THE SECURITY MEASURES IN PLACE ON THE
<br />EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDING.
<br />7. DOORS HAVE BEEN REMOVED AND SOME WINDOW CASING REMAINS IN SOME OF THE WINDOWS.
<br />COMPLETE INTACT WINDOWS HAVE NOT BEEN VERIFIED DUE TO SECURITY MEASURES IN PLACE

<br />9. PREP AND PAINT ALL PLASTER WALLS. PATCH AND REPAIR AREAS AS REQUIRED, FOR COST
<br />ESTIMATE ASSUME 10% OF THE AREA NEEDS PATCHING. REPAIR ANY DAMAGED OR MISSING
<br />MOLDINGS TO MATCH ADJACENT PROFILE.
