ROOF GENERAL NOTES <br />1. IT IS THE CONTRACTORS RESPONSIBILITY TO PROTECT ALL (E) MATERIALS AND FINISHES TO <br />REMAIN FROM DAMAGE DURING THE DEMO WORK. WHERE DEMOLITION WORK HAS OCCURRED <br />AND DAMAGED HAS RESULTED, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL REPLACE DAMAGED MATERIALS AND <br />FINISHES WITH NEW SIMILAR MATERIALS. <br />2. REMOVE ALL OBSOLETE EQUIPMENT, PANELS, CONDUIT AND PIPING. ALL UTILITIES SHALL BE <br />REMOVED TO AS FAR BACK TO THEIR ORIGIN AS POSSIBLE.
