THE FIRE <br />DEPARTMENT CONNECTION FOR THE TEMPORARY STANDPIPE MUST BE AT STREET LEVEL <br />FACING THE PUBLIC STREET, LABELED WITH AN IDENTIFICATION SIGN AND EASILY <br />ACCESSIBLE AT ALL TIMES.
