<br />GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

<br />3. CONTRACTORS SHALL COORDINATE THEIR WORK WITH UTILITIES COMPANIES AND OTHER TRADES. ANY CONFLICTS SHALL BE
<br />BROUGHT TO THE ARCHITECT'S ATTENTION PRIOR TO THE WORK BEING INSTALLED. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL MAKE THE CONTRACTOR

<br />4. EACH CONTRACTOR SHOULD VISIT THE SITE OF THE PROPOSED WORK, VERIFY ALL DIMENSIONS AND EXISTING CONDITIONS,
<br />INCLUDING EASEMENTS, NOTIFY THE ARCHITECT OF ANY DISCREPANCIES, AND FULLY ACQUAINT THEMSELF WITH THE SITE CONDITIONS

<br />5. EACH CONTRACTOR WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE ISSUED BY AN ACCEPTABLE COMPANY PRIOR TO
<br />COMMENCEMENT OF WORK ON THE SITE.
<br />6. MAINTAIN AREAS FREE OF WASTE MATERIALS, DEBRIS, AND RUBBISH. MAINTAIN SITE IN A CLEAN AND ORDERLY CONDITION. THE
<br />CONTRACTOR SHALL DISPOSE OF ALL DEMOLITION AND CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS OFF SITE AND IN AN APPROVED MANNER,
<br />ACCORDING TO STATE AND CITY CODES. NOTIFY ARCHITECT AT ONCE IF ANY HAZARDOUS MATERIALS ARE ENCOUNTERED.
<br />7. COMPLETE FINAL CLEANING PRIOR TO WALK-THROUGH AND PREPARATION OF PUNCH LIST. CLEAN ALL SURFACES EXPOSED TO VIEW.
<br />REMOVE WASTE AND SURPLUS MATERIALS, RUBBISH, AND CONSTRUCTION FACILITIES FROM SITE.
<br />8. ALL EXIT DOORS SHALL BE OPENABLE FROM THE INSIDE WITHOUT THE USE OF A KEY OR ANY SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE OR EFFORT. NO
<br />DEADBOLTS, SLIDING BOLTS, ETC. PROVIDE SELF RELEASING LOCKING DEVICES ON EXIT DOORS.
<br />9. ALL PRIMARY ENTRANCES AND ALL FACILITIES IN THE BUILDING SHALL BE MADE ACCESSIBLE TO THE HANDICAPPED PER CBC CHAPTER

<br />10. CONTRACTOR TO SECURE PERMIT AS REQUIRED BY THE CITY FIRE MARSHALL, PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THIS SPACE.
