THE CONTRACTOR SHALL <br />COORDINATE ALL WORK AT THE SITE. <br />5) SHOULD THE DRAWINGS DISAGREE WITH THEMSELVES OR THE SPECIFICATIONS, <br />THE BETTER QUALITY OR THE GREATEST QUANTITY OF WORK OR MATERIALS SHALL <br />BE INCLUDED IN THE PROPOSAL, AND UNLESS OTHERWISE ORDERED BY THE <br />DESIGNER, IN WRITING, SHALL BE PERFORMED OR FURNISHED. <br />6) ALL WORK SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE ORDINANCES AND <br />REGULATIONS OF ALL PUBLIC AUTHORITIES BEARING THE PERFORMANCE OF THE <br />WORK. <br />7) IF THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS ARE AT VARIANCE WITH THE ABOVE, THE <br />CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY THE DESIGNER PRIOR TO THE PERFORMANCE OF SUCH <br />WORK, AND ANY NECESSARY ADJUSTMENTS SHALL BE MADE BY APPROPRIATE <br />MODIFICATION. <br />8) THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS ARE NOT TO BE REPRODUCED OR USED FOR <br />ANY OTHER PURPOSE THAN ORIGINALLY INTENDED EXCEPT AS AUTHORIZED IN <br />WRITING BY THE DESIGNER. <br />9) THE ABOVE NOTES ARE TO BE SUPERSEDED WHEN CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS <br />ARE ACCOMPANIED BY "INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS" AND/OR "GENERAL CONDITIONS". <br />10) THE CONTRACTOR SHALL VISIT THE SITE AND VERIFY ALL EXISTING CONDITIONS <br />AND DIMENSIONS.
