<br />FN-4)CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE TO ADEQUATELY PROTECT ALL

<br />“STRUCTURE IN ITS FINAL CONDITION” MEANS ALL STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS SHOWN
<br />ON THE STRUCTURAL CONTRACT DOCUMENTS ARE INSTALLED AND COMPLETELY
<br />CONNECTED AND INSPECTED WITH NO OUTSTANDING NON-COMPLIANCE
<br />ISSUES.“DELEGATED DESIGN” MEANS A SCOPE OF WORK THAT MEETS
<br />PERFORMANCE CRITERIA ESTABLISHED IN THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND IS TO
